The freezer really has become our best friend for dinner! We opened our first brick-and-mortar shop last year after working from home for many years and we don’t get home until 7:30pm. We have sauces, stews, already cooked meats, and other stuff in the freezer so that we can make quick but good meals when we get home in the evenings. Tonight is shrimp with ravioli! Both from the freezer. We’ll do a quick white wine, olive oil, and garlic sauce and be good to go in a half hour.
